SolarGrow operates this website and online store. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and purchases made through SolarGrow. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce viruses or other malicious material, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of SolarGrow or any third party.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us, including your contact, billing and delivery details, is accurate and complete.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
3. Our Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen and display settings.
Product packaging, specifications or appearance may also occasionally change without materially affecting the product.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights.
4. Orders
When you place an order through SolarGrow, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact info@solargrow.co.uk as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy instead.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory cancellation rights.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on the SolarGrow website are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We may change product prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted except where there has been an obvious pricing error.
6. Delivery
Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown on our website or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.
Where SolarGrow arranges delivery, the goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them.
If you arrange your own independent carrier that was not offered by us as a delivery option, responsibility for the goods may pass to you when they are handed to that carrier.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Our voluntary returns policy and instructions for requesting a return are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
SolarGrow offers a 30-day voluntary return period subject to the conditions contained in that policy.
UK consumers purchasing online also have statutory cancellation rights. For most goods, you have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods.
Your rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are separate from our voluntary returns policy and are not affected by these Terms.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Goods supplied by SolarGrow must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law.
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive an incorrect item, please contact info@solargrow.co.uk as soon as possible with your order details and information about the problem.
We may ask for photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the issue.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the SolarGrow website, including its text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, product information and website design, is owned by or licensed to Global Air Supplies UK Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate the SolarGrow online store. However, purchases made through SolarGrow are made directly between you and Global Air Supplies UK Limited trading as SolarGrow.

As SolarGrow supplies products to consumers for personal use, we are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If such an event materially affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and take appropriate steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
