Duogrow Self-Watering Planter

The Duogrow is a 2 pot self-watering planter that keeps the soil at the perfect moisture level – never too dry or waterlogged. The unit requires no electricity or timers as it works on a wick-based system. This works through FeederMats inside the pots wicking water up from the 15 litre Smart Reservoir into the soil around the plants roots – precisely where it is needed by the plants. The Smart Reservoir contains enough water to water your plants for up to 14 days.

The kit also includes Mulch Caps which locate on top of the 11 Litre pots. The Mulch Caps help to retain moisture but also create a barrier against pests. The Mulch Caps and the Smart Reservoir feature cane grip grommets, meaning that you can easily create a stable crop support structure using bamboo canes. Note bamboo canes are not included in the kit.

You can add liquid feed / nutrients directly to the Smart Reservoir to ensure an accurate and efficient uptake by your plants. We highly recommend Nutrigold nutrient which can be purchased separately.

The Duogrow is extendable with the addition of a linking kit which connects via the Smart Reservoirs from two Duogrows to create a linked system or Quadgrow. Note linked Duogrows should be positioned and a level and even surface. Once two Duogrows are linked, you can water them all from just one unit as the water will flow evenly between the Duogrows.
