Delivery Information
All in stock items will generally be dispatched within 2 working days. Unforeseen transportation problems may delay your delivery but we cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to delayed delivery.
You will be informed by e-mail or telephone of any out of stock items that will not be available for more than 7 days; you may then decide whether to keep these items on back order or receive a full refund for the out of stock items. We cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to unavailable stock.
Items will be dispatched by either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or FedEx.Delivery Areas
We currently deliver our products to the following locations: UK Mainland, Northern Ireland & all UK Islands with the exception of Jersey and Guernsey.
Please note we do not currently deliver to Jersey or Guernsey.
Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 per order. We do however have several products with a lower delivery charge of only £2.99, these are clearly marked “LOW COST P&P ONLY £2.99”. We also offer FREE shipping to UK Mainland addresses on all orders over £180.00
For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight, a P&P surcharge of £2.00 will apply per order – see details below:
- Low Cost P&P items – No surcharge applies
- Standard P&P items – Delivery charge will be £6.99
